AMBER FANCHER
Executive Director
Amber grew up in Fairmont, West Virginia, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in family studies from West Virginia University. She has dedicated her career to working with children and is passionate about helping them break the cycle of abuse and neglect so they can lead healthy, fulfilling lives. As Executive Director of CASA of Marion County, Amber leads with compassion and a strong commitment to advocacy for children in need. In addition to her work with CASA, she stays busy caring for her family of six and giving back through community involvement. Amber is committed to helping children move toward safe, stable, and brighter futures.

SARA DOWNEY
Advocate Supervisor
Sara is a lifelong resident of Fairmont. She earned her Regents Bachelor of Science degree from Fairmont State University with a specialization in Social Work. After serving as a CASA volunteer, Sara recognized her passion for advocacy and chose to take on a larger role supporting children who have experienced abuse and neglect in Marion County. Sara is proud to be part of a team dedicated to bringing hope and positivity to children and families during difficult times.

AMANDA TENNANT
Advocate Supervisor
Amanda moved to Fairmont in 2004 to attend Fairmont State University. After earning her degree, she began working with children through the Marion County Board of Education. In 2021, she joined CASA of Marion County as a volunteer, bringing valuable experience as a foster parent in another county. Her passion for supporting children led her to join the organization as a staff member when the opportunity arose. Amanda is committed to being a strong voice for children and supporting them on their path to safe, permanent homes.
